The success story of our internationally successful family-owned company began when the 19-year old Ludwig Demmeler laid the foundation in 1961。Today, 60 years later, DEMMELER is an expanding and technologically strong company in the field of mechanical engineering with around 250 employees.
Innovations that have become the standard for trade and industry have always shaped DEMMELER successful history. Already by 1990, DEMMELER set the standards on the market as the inventor of the 3D clamping system: Originally intended for the company's own production, the device system proved to be a quantum leap in metal processing and today is an international industrial standard due to the many possible applications and combinations.
At the DEMMELER development and design centre in Heimertingen, the specialists are continuously developing and working on new product developments that make work as efficient and smart as possible. As a hidden champion, DEMMELER develops and manufactures products in the field of the 3D clamping system, the turning, tilting and carousel rotary tables, as well as 3-axis manipulators, tool arenas and tool machine components. DEMMELER rotary, tilt and carousel rotary tables set a clear mark due to the extremely robust design as well as a high level of precision in the micrometre range, speed and repeatability. The high-precision rotary tables can withstand a bearing load of up to 500 tonnes.
